About Lean Excel Solutions

1. Our mission

Making operations management accessible through Microsoft Excel — the tool many plants already use.

We build Excel add-ins that put production monitoring next to your workbook. No separate MES required to run OEE, takt, or Pareto.

Lean Excel Solutions has published Excel and Power BI templates since 2023 on leanexcelsolutions.com. leanexcel.com is where that work becomes software — Office Add-ins instead of static files.

2. What we build

• Lean Operations Monitor — Production monitoring: OEE, Takt, Pareto (live on AppSource). Lean Ops Pro adds logs and reliability analytics.
• Inventory Intelligence — Inventory planning in Excel (coming soon; not for sale yet).

Workbook analysis (OEE and related calculators) runs in your Excel session. Optional Pro accounts and payments are described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Our approach

• Workbook-first: Analysis stays in your Excel session; we do not upload cell values for OEE or similar calculations.
• Excel-native: Task pane add-ins that sit beside the sheet.
• Industry methods: Built on established operations practices used in manufacturing.
