Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Cancel via Manage billing in the add-in (Paddle customer portal) or from your Paddle receipt. Lean Ops Pro stays available until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancellation is not the same as a refund.
Lean Ops Pro is billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle accepts major cards and other methods depending on your region, and emails a receipt after each charge.
OEE, Takt, and Pareto are free with no payment information. There is no separate trial period for Lean Ops Pro — you subscribe when you need logs and analytics.
Paddle handles checkout globally. Available methods depend on your country and may include cards, PayPal, and local options Paddle supports at the time of purchase.
Paid subscriptions are digital services sold by Paddle. Refunds, if any, follow Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. You can cancel anytime; that stops future charges but is not automatically a refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
