Workbook analysis (OEE, takt, Pareto, and similar calculators) runs in your Excel session. We do not upload cell values or file names for that analysis. Optional Lean Ops Pro sign-in and Paddle billing send account and payment data as described in our Privacy Policy — that is not the same as uploading your production logs.
Lean Operations Monitor is a Microsoft Office Add-in for Microsoft 365 Excel on Windows, Mac, and the web.
Usually no for a personal install from AppSource or a sideload you control. Tenant-wide deployment for everyone in an organization typically needs a Microsoft 365 admin.
The task pane is hosted on the web. Feature updates appear when you reopen the add-in; you do not re-download the AppSource package for every UI change. Store version bumps still go through Microsoft when we ship a new package.
OEE, Takt, and Pareto in Lean Operations Monitor stay free without an account. Lean Ops Pro (logs and analytics) is a paid subscription at $29/month or $290/year, billed by Paddle. Inventory Intelligence is coming soon and is not for sale yet.
A planned Excel add-in for inventory teams. It is in development — not on AppSource and not available to install or purchase from this website.
